Waste to Energy (Incineration)

Comef Waste to Energy

BOILERS
Huge is generator range Comef is able to offer based on fuel (biomass, refuses, fossil fuels, various refuse derived fuels) and plant Client’s needs.

Vertical path boilers, horizontal path boilers, watertube boilers, firetube boilers, thermal oil boilers.
Boilers integrated on furnace or behind adiabatic room, for hot water, superheated water, saturated steam, superheated steam.
For electric and/or thermal energy production.
Reliable and innovative components dress our boilers; ash systems, efficient and highly automated cleaning systems, equipments for speed maintenance.

Our boilers technical features are quality warrant:

  • Manufacturing through highest prefabrication grade
  • Flexible construction by module building method
  • Long service life
  • Speedy and easy maintenance
In solid fuels, our technical input, ripened by our more than long experience, is to be assured largest reliability and durability:
  • Erosion reducing flue gas speed
  • Corrosion reducing alloy overlay
  • Suitable thickness for heat exchanging tubes
Waste and biomass boilers on furnace
  • Biomass, municipal waste, refuse derived fuel fired.
  • Steam generation for electric and/or thermal production, included heat district
  • Combustion on grate or fluidized bed

How an energy plant is born?
Extensive engineering evaluations and analysis leading to plant sizes definition, intended as thermal and electrical output got by energetically recovery of available fuel material.
Thermofluidodynamic design define plant geometrical and technological features, based on requested and applicable criteria.
